Office staff is less than par. They were nowhere to be found when I arrived and never sent lab and X-ray orders over. When asked she didn’t know why they didn’t get sent. Dr Love is great though but she should consider looking into hiring someone who is on the ball.
It was great. Very minimal waiting time and she really listens to you and helps! It’s a very personalized visit. Only small complaint is that the other staff besides Nicole doesn’t seem to know a lot, don’t ask them questions beyond scheduling next visit.
Dr Nicole has been the best fit for my daughter. She does not like doctors, however loves Dr. Nicole. She is knowledgeable, listens and cares about the patient. Thank you!!
Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was kind and professional, and Dr. Bradford -Love truly listened and made me feel comfortable. Clean office, minimal wait time—highly recommend!
