From the moment I walked in, the office staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind, which immediately helped put my nerves at ease. Dr. Patay himself was incredibly patient, compassionate, and attentive. He went above and beyond what I was originally scheduled for because he truly wanted to make sure I received the best possible care. I also want to give special recognition to his assistant, who was absolutely amazing. She was gentle, reassuring, and so attentive throughout the entire visit, constantly checking to make sure I was comfortable and understood what was happening. It made such a difference. We have been coming to this office since our move to Reno. We recently met Dr. Patay for the first time. He is so nice, professional, and patient. The office has always been accommodating and so friendly. You know you’re in good hands when the office is great, it means the doctor is also wonderful.
