Justin Hamlin

He is the doctor heard that my beloved sees. Two years ago , my beloved had a serious injury at work that has caused long term kidney damage and memory loss. But doctor Hamlin still has not gotten the information to the attorneys office. And never ran some of the required test that was needed. Doctor Hamlin constantly focuses on blood sugar when his a one c is below a five. Now beloved has been sick with a sinus infection for 3 weeks, and not only can he not get a hold of anybody at the doctor's office , but their phone doesn't have enough memory to leave a message.

Worst doctors office in the world. Tell you to be 15 minutes early and you end up upsetting for almost 2 hours before they even see you and then when you call them they don’t answer. I know I’ve called 23 times and no one has answered.

Can't ever get them on the phone when you need them. Ive had to go to hospital 3 times now. The staff is his sister which has no medical knowledge never went to school or anything taking blood and doing things she's not supposed to be doing. Hes a good dr but the staff are rude,and snobby. Plus been waiting for them to approve one of my meds that I need really bad... im trying to find another dr.

Never answered the phone. Bad mouthed his exstaff and family. Everything is always anyone else's fault but his. Gives subpar medical recommendations (like you don't need to move if it hurts. Yes you do. Part of getting more mobile is movement and pain. I feel like that should end with an "obviously" after being duped for years by him.). Says he sent referrals to idk how many places and always claims the problem is on their end. Advocate for yourselves folks. Better care is out there.

Labs reschedule to have my fasting labs done this morning at 8 after the mess up on Wednesday. After I called them, I was told they were sick, so I rescheduled for this morning. Three others there, older people, two of them waiting since 7:20, and no one showed up, again. How unprofessional can you be? Someone could be there at least to reschedule patients or call in the morning to let them know the appointments needed to be rescheduled. This is the worst staff, they don't even answer the phone. Dr. Royce or her staff would never have allowed this. Please look to Monett or Carthage, do not waste your time.
