Just One Touch Homes

I have had the pleasure of visiting Just One Touch Homes several times and have never been more pleased. The owners/administrator are not only professional but also friendly and caring. The home was impeccably clean and orderly each time I have been there. I was allowed to speak to the residents in private. Lisa and Preston encouraged them to speak freely and honestly when answering my questions. Each of them stated they had been in other homes previously, but they had never been treated nearly as well as they are now. I questioned each of then regarding the allegations made by a "Mr. Johnson" in a previous review. They insisted their doors are NEVER locked and they do not have to ask to use the restroom. I have had the pleasure of recently visiting this business where my brother currently stays. After seeing my brother in many homes located across eastern NC, I have to say this is by far the cleanest, nicest, and most professional home that I have visited or seen in 20 years. Lisa and Preston are providing a clean, organized, caring and professional atmosphere for all the clients, staff and visitors. These traits have reflected in my brothers personal hygiene and appearance. Many places before Just One Touch Homes, didn't teach my brother how to dress neatly nor did they care to teach him to take pride in his appearance, which goes to show who and what homes actually care about their residence and who is just their for a paycheck. I would not trust my loved ones in the care of Lisa or Preston Harris. During the six hours I spent inside of their “business” they locked their clients in their bedrooms and made them ask permission to use the restrooms. If I could give them a 0, I would. Very unprofessional people and poorly ran “business” if you could can even call it a business.

Asking about my brother is so dam top secret! I haven't seen him in 5 yrs! REALLY how are you still open! Rude as hell!
