Just for Kids Pediatric Dentistry

We’ve decided to transition to a different dental office, and I wanted to share some feedback. Since this is a pediatric practice, I was hoping for a more welcoming, engaging environment that helps create a positive and healthy experience for young children. Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk and overall customer service felt below expectations. The interaction did not feel warm or accommodating, and there wasn’t any effort to engage with my toddler. First impressions really matter, especially in a pediatric setting where comfort and positivity can shape how children feel about dental visits long term.

We are nervous going in, but they made this such a good experience! My son has autism and Is deathly afraid of doctor office's. This was completely opposite of what we expected. They made this such a good experience for him. I am very grateful we chose to take the little bit of a ride to bring him here. HIGHLY Recommend ❤️

This visit could not have gone better for our son! During the consultation, the dentist spoke with our eight-year-old who was fearful of dental work after a very painful procedure at another dentist in the past. She spoke in a way that was calming and informative. She involved him in the plan. He verbalized feeling comfortable with her and the office. Procedure day went fantastically! She was honest with him about what might feel a little uncomfortable, and there was a good plan to take a break if he needed one. I was convinced that he would not be able to have restorative work without actual sedation, but he was able to undergo the work with a little nitrous and lots of comfort and care from the staff. My oldest son has been a patient here for 12 years and has had great service. However, today's reaction was totally uncalled for. Their policy states they can refuse to reschedule not that they DEFINITELY WILL refuse to reschedule if you miss an appt. My 8 yr old son woke up early this morning with a high fever and vomiting. I'm pretty sure he has the flu, but because I forgot to call them first thing and we didn't show up to his schedule appt for fillings they are now refusing to see him again and refusing to fix his cavities. I understand you have a policy, however life happens and as a single mom to 3 special needs boys it slipped my mind to call the dentist office while cleaning up my child and the vomit all over my house first thing this morning. I can’t imagine bringing my son anywhere else. Jessie is the best dental hygienist for younger kids. She makes the visit fun but also gets everything done quickly. She is so kind and really tries to connect with your kiddo while they are there. Highly recommend!
