12-27-23 My mother went into the junction pharmacy to pick up medication and was physically assaulted by the employees. After PAYING WITH HER HARD EARNED MONEY she opened up her medication and took it in the store. Not even a minute later a man grabs her arm from behind and yanks her back. He asks her what is in her bag as he is now accusing her of being a thief. She explains to him that it is the trash of her medication and that is where it is found out that the same man who just processed her transaction was the same man who told the man that grabbed her that she might be “stealing”. It’s assault as a grown man just yanked the arm of a 4’10 woman. As well for the man that accused my mother of being a thief even though he literally just processed the transaction himself. Find a job where

Terrible. The employee made the mistake and gave me more medicine than they should’ve. They accused me of stealing…as if I went to the back, put the labels and left. They called me to tell me I STOLE the medication without any explanation or acknowledging their mistake. I came in to leave the medication (if I would’ve stolen it I wouldn’t have returned) and the owner of the pharmacy yelled at me calling me a thief and all sorts. When the mistake was on their employees end, i simply came in to pick up my medication, I didn’t go to the back and dose it myself. Their logic didn’t even make sense and it was absolutely ridiculous to accuse someone like that.

It has awful customer service. I called yesterday about my medicine, and the women said she would give me a call back, in 30 mins. She never did. Then the following day I called back and she did the same. Not coming back.

Good neighborhood pharmacy..owner is very helpful
