Our miniature dachshund was close to 16 years old and I met with vet several times monitoring her aging and declining health and when it became a time where quality of health was rapidly declining Dr. Yates provided options for next step for testing, results, and realistic treatment options which unfortunately not reversible. The empathy, explanation of options and how procedures are carried out by Dr Yates and the staff helped us make the best decision for our sweet Maggie so she was no longer suffering. I am grateful for the patience and care that we have received from this clinic on all of our pets one of which is just accident prone.

THE best clinic we have ever been to because of the people who work there. Kristen and Alyssa are wonderful - and cat owners. Also - Lynsey is professional and thorough. My dog, Genny Lee is 9 years old. Dr. Meyer has accurately diagnosed both her and our cat's issues in a knowledgeable and caring manner. I've found this doc to be incredibly experienced and up to date on the latest pet care. This has saved us money and given us confidence that our animals are receiving quality care at a good price. I can’t say enough good things about Jumper Creek & everyone who assisted my 13 year old dog Bodhi in his tooth extractions. Especially Lindsey. They all worked long and hard on my sweet boy & gave us so much reassurance that he was in the best care. I was originally given a quote a little over a month ago for this procedure & they went ABOVE and beyond to make sure they could help Bodhi as much as they could. He underwent anesthesia for a few hours to have 14 teeth extracted. Lindsey was on top of it to text me with updates and even called me after sedation was administered and X-rays were taken to give me the actual game plan of what needed to happen. I brought my dog in who was apparently very ill they made me wait in an examining room for over two hours. When they finally came in they took an X-ray and saw something but they weren’t sure. Came back in a week for more X-rays and still a mass no urgency on their end waited another week for an ultra sound out of all three visits I never saw Dr Myers. I spoke to her on the phone briefly saying she couldn’t help the dog. They referred me to a vet hospital in Tampa who wanted to repeat all the diagnostics once again. I called to have all my records for all my animals transferred to our new vet and o asked to speak to the vet or an office manager so I could tell them why I was leaving and no one returned my call my dog did have surgery to remove a mass on his spleen which could have killed h

My Yellow Lab Buddy was old and his health had been declining. He was part of my family I had him since he was 6weeks old and he would have been 14 in January. The hardest thing I had to do was put him down. The staff there was absolutely awesome especially during one of my family and I hardest times. They were all extremely compassionate. They had a little bed on the floor made up for him so he could lay down and be comfortable. Me and my kids and wife were all a mess having to say goodbye to our dog but they never once rushed us. Gave us as much time as we wanted before and after the procedure. I was recommended to come here by a friend of mine and I'm glad I did.
