I have been coming here for over 7+ years and have never had a bad experience. Whenever I need a referral for any type of specialist, I get a quick response. When I call, I will be on hold for a bit sometimes but once I speak to someone, they are very attentive and they take their time with me on the phone. In person, you can hear the amount of phone calls they get which makes sense why you can be on hold for a bit.

Extremely frustrated with the lack of professionalism and communication at this office. Every time I call, I am immediately placed on hold without being allowed to speak, or the staff simply hangs up. It feels as though they are waiting for patients to just give up and go away. Today, after finally getting through, I was promised a callback once the doctor arrived. The day has ended, and I never received that call. It is nearly impossible to get medical care here when the front desk refuses to do their job or show basic respect to patients' time

My wife's been a patient for years usually we have good service this time. She did not the nurse that saw her not only put her down and make her feel horrible but also blamed her for her condition when she cannot even control it. She has 5 count it. 5 DISLOCATED DISKS she cannot bend exercise and even pick up our son. She is already depressed about not exercising she loves to exercise but can you imagine being told by a back specialist that even exercise won't fix this problem that she will most likely need surgery with how damaged her spine is. The nurse didn't care to listen and ignored every single word she says. When it's the doctor he actually gets to the point professionally but when it's her she breaks her and brings her down. Linda was he best doctor , I know is a nurse practician but he had calm to listen the patient some times better than a doctor he send me to have x ray, tha never nobody send me and she find that I have osteopenia, I’m 56 years old I will all ways appreciate, this professionalism on hers duty , she worry for the future of the patient to be healthy this is very important between doctor and patient I hope the Dr. Vazques give her a big congratulations to have Linda on his team work, keep it up .
