Wow -- I was just 'rejected' by Dr Fox! I just moved up to the area and was looking for a new dentist for routine care (cleanings, exams, etc.). Contacted Dr. Fox's office to inquire about their services. Was told by Sandy in the office that I needed to fill out their paperwork which included standard health history questions, etc. I did so and returned the health history (which is VERY uneventful - I'm healthy and have no adverse health issues) only to receive a call this morning that the Dr deemed my paperwork 'incomplete' and wishing me luck in my search for a dentist.
