Most of the doctors here are WONDERFUL!!! However, their phone staff is actually horrendous with absolutely no beside manner, specifically the after hours lady just sounds like she’s angry with life all the time and treats you as such.

Last night, I came down with a very sore throat, chills, body aches, and a 101° fever. This morning, I called Dr. Pulimootil's office to try to schedule an exam. I was told that I could not be seen in person without a negative covid test. My husband picked one up from the store for me, and after I tested negative, the receptionist told me I still could not be seen in person due to my fever. I am so disappointed in the lack of adequate patient care that I was shown today. The main reason that I have a primary care physician is so that I can be seen for sick visits without having to go to urgent care. As it was, I did have to go to urgent care, but could've gone earlier if the receptionist had been upfront with me about the fact that I still wouldn't be seen even with a negative covid test,
