Juban Point Urgent Care

I was blessed by Jessica Khanna, MD at this clinic. She heard my need and met it. I went to this clinic to be seen for my ears but turned out it was allergies. Thankfully she was so kind and gave me samples of what I needed to decongest and help with allergies. I also got samples for my daughter too! I would recommend her to anyone any day because I saw how she cared for me and my own child.

I love this place! I keep going back! No matter which doctor I see I'm always WELL TAKEN CARE OF! I had an accident recently and Dr. Jessica spent a great amount of time with me making sure I was okay! They are truly amazing people!

Very nice place to get assistance. Staff is always friendly. Ms. Francis helped my wife when she was very sick. She took care of us and made us feel like everything was going to be OK. Rooms are extremely comfortable and there is a TV with direct TV so the time passes very well. Follow ups are always meaningful and we've never had to wait a very long time. Always clean as if everything is new. Any issues that we have had have been taken care of promptly. This is by far our favorite place to go to get minor medical care.

The quickest Urgent Care in the parish!!! I love this place!!! My entire family goes here and I tell everybody in need of urgent care to go here. The staff are friendly and very attentive. Every experience here has been amazing. You will not have to sit and wait forever to go to a room and sometimes I've not even had time to sit down after checking in before they are already calling us to go into a room. The doctors and staff are also awesome about providing you with work/school excuses. They always make sure to give plenty of excused days off to heal before having to go back to school/work. 10/10 best urgent care in the parish.

I would have loved to be able to give a 5 star except the insanely rude front desk worker changed that. I have never been to an establishment where the front desk worker was so blatantly rude, from the second I walked in the door. She greeted me with an attitude, caught an even bigger one and immediately jumped to taking me off the schedule when my simple question was IF she knew how much longer the wait would be. Despite the initial horrible interaction with that lady, the nurse and doctor were so nice, helpful, and welcoming and made sure I was receiving the best care.
