It seems that their time matters, but our time as customers does not. I am extremely upset today. Our appointment was scheduled for 3:15 pm, and we received several text messages reminding us to arrive on time. We arrived at 3:00 pm, only to find that there were still 10 customers ahead of us waiting. Does that mean we have to wait at least an hour—or even longer? If you are unable to stay on schedule, then appointments should not be booked this way. I feel that my time has been wasted, and all of my plans afterward will now be delayed because of this lack of efficiency. This is already the second time this has happened. I am truly very frustrated and angry.

I went to Dr. Justin Tin for dental implants, and I am extremely satisfied. Their team is highly professional. They helped me complete tooth extraction, bone grafting, and implant placement all in one go, which significantly shortened my dental implant process and reduced my pain. Revisit again. After the deep cleaning and removal of my wisdom tooth, I come here twice a year for my teeth regular cleaning, about 4 years already. The service always good and everyone is so nice:) even though they have a mask on, but I still can feel they all smiling, and they treat my teeth so gentle. I recommend for everyone:)

Have been a patient here for years. I’ve had mainly routine cleaning appointments and 2 wisdom teeth removals with Dr. Chan but overall has been consistently prompt, educational, and good quality. Also helpful for any who are more comfortable with the Cantonese language.

Excellent care. They are taking the covid safety guidelines very seriously. While I was there I saw them wipe down the counters and door handles 3 times and everyone was masked. Best of all the dentist did a great job. No pain. The assistant did a really good job of keeping up with suction etc to keep me comfortable. The only improvement I might suggest is using warm water to rinse like some dentists do.
