So I've had to report this pharmacist for illegal practice. I received an increase of my suboxone dosage and a completely new prescription, coming from a family of pharmacist and doing the research just fir added assurance, I'm aware of the fact that my old prescription is irrelevant and void. It doesn't matter what day I should run out of it that is literally not their job or policy of profession. Their policy is to clarify and verify, that is it. By law they may verify the prescription and its validity with the prescribing dr. It's called a dosage change override. They put in the code and that is it. It's none of their business I was flying out of the country so even though my old prescription had a few days left, I would run out while out of the nation. That's none of their business bec
if there's a problem with your mail order refill, they will not contact you, you will be left high and dry for weeks while you're without necessary medication, all while the app says "fill in progress." im certain they've killed people before doing this

Worst pharmacy ever. You put in for a refill and go the next day, or 2 days later, and they say, " we never got a request for a refill, sorry for you wasting your time in this line, go wait in this other one to ask for a refill" then after waiting an hour for the slouch behind the counter to appear, just for her to say that no such prescription exists even tho it appears on the app, and have had it filled multiple time. Been forced into this pharmacy for over a year and have this problem EVERY TIME
Don't see the point in having a option to put in card for online refill/delivery, as we placed an order for refill on Saturday 10/5 added details for card payment. Husband got an email and text Tuesday 10/8 3 days after ordering meds, stating it was on hold to no payment. Called in and told them we entered payment information online. Then told it didn't go because no card was on file. Proceeded to give them my card information again and sat on hold waiting for authorization to process for at least 10 mins, lady got back on and said order was being shipped out. Now it's almost 24hrs later and still showing as full in progress. I had meds sent to pharmacy on July 31st and one sent on August 5th, went to pick them up and the later one was filled yet the 1st one was not even ready yet almost a
