Kind courteous and professional. I have bad teeth. I have always had bad teeth, and avoid the dentist because of it. Had been a long time since I had been seen, but they didn’t make me feel bad at all about that, they fixed up the problem areas that we were able to schedule all of the visits pretty closely together until all the work was done! I’ll be a patient here for a long time, they are a great team!

This dental practice is amazing! This is an all woman practice which I love to support and celebrate their accomplishments! Dr. McDonald, Z (CDA) and Angel (receptionist) are all exceptional. Dr. McDonald is very kind and precise. Z brings a calming presence and thorough support answering all my questions. Angel is phenomenal and very detailed explaining all billing and appointment questions I have. If you’re looking for a new dentist on the westside I highly recommend these ladies!

She is very good, got in right on time, asked questions cleaned teeth and took X-rays. All looked good, didn’t try to get me to get extra services like the last dentist I went to.

previously a paintent from Dr. Dornheckel, i must say that I love the team here! Everyone was very nice, chatty, and it was overall a great experience. My teeth have never felt cleaner!

Compared to dr. Dornhecker practice sad to say that joyful smiles general dentistry did not give me a joyful smile. My family and I received several text messages stating that our appointments we're at 7:00 am and 7:40 am. They don't open till 8:00 am. There was no information on the door or there google page so we waited and questioned why nobody was there and if we had somehow made a mistake till 7:45 where one of the (i believe) Assistant unlocked the doors and let us inside. Shortly there after the secretary came in and made several excuses as to why we where sent the wrong times instead of a proper apology for our waisted time. Then they took us back two at a time to do the most simple yet sloppy cleaning I've ever felt, water splashing out of my mouth from miss aligning the sprayer a
