Journey Pediatrics, PC

Journey's is the best. I've been at this office since my oldest was born 14 years ago I also was seen at this office as a child. We usually see Dr. Koil and we love him. We love all the staff at the Albuquerque location ( this is the location we use, Rio Ranchos office is also great). Yesterday we saw Dr. Sanchez and she was amazing. My daughter came in really sick and she was so patient and helpful. She and her team of nurses tried everything to get my baby feeling better and when all else failed (and they tried everything possible) they called the ambulance for her. I am beyond greatful for all of their help and efforts. Most importantly I'm so greatful for them helping save my daughter. Thank you to all the staff at journey from the front desk to the nurses to the doctors you all are am

Really used to love this place. Been coming for 15 yrs with my kids but when the original doctors retired it all kinda went down hill. It doesn't feel like a pediatricians office anymore The time, care, and attention is gone. Had to feel bad for the front scheduling my older kids together for well visits. Also felt bad for asking for advice that didn't line up with the time allowed for our visit. Sad they are loosing long time patients due to how rude providers have become.

Journey pediatrics is the best peds office In town! My two year old has been seeing Dr. Koil since she was born and now my 9 month old! Me myself as a child was also seen by Dr. Koil. Great staff and such an organized establishment. Any doctor you see are very well kind, understanding, and very informative. And ALL of the nurses are fantastic! Always happy, accommodating, and patient with my 2 year old. 😂 The front desk staff is always happy which is what you should expect at any place of business. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I have serious concerns about this provider’s professionalism. They wrote a letter with damaging claims about me without ever meeting me or speaking to me directly. Making recommendations without firsthand knowledge is irresponsible and unfair. Parents deserve doctors who are objective and focused on children’s actual health, not ones who write unsupported statements.

I really like the providers here. My children’s primary Dr. Mason is amazing. My only complaint is their well child checks are booked very far out. By the time they schedule my baby for her check up it’s pushed out to her next check up. (Example- today I call to schedule her 9 month and they can’t get me in until August- by then might as well wait until she’s a year.)
