Jourdanton Pharmacy

I love going to this pharmacy when I need meds. They made it more than easy to switch from another pharmacy. There is hardly what I call a wait and the few minutes I do have I get to browse around and have found some NICE cards and good prices on other products they carry. The staff are always very friendly.

I started using Jourdanton Pharmacy at the beginning of this year (2019) for my child and my prescriptions. I had no problems the 1st time around, was even able to get them delivered with no issue. Next time we were due for refills they only gave me my child's prescriptions and told me mine would take a little longer. Not a problem, & I ended up calling them and asking for delivery the following day & they agreed. I never got them. & I have not received them any time since then. It has been one excuse or another. Needless to say I have not had any of my meds for 6+ months Luckily I have been able to get my child their medicine on time most of the time. But most of the time is not good enough when we're talking about neccessary medications.

I needed to get my husband an emergency refill. They called my out of town pharmacy, filled his prescription and delivered it to him. I have never had this kind of customer service. I can't believe we were not even regular customers and still received superior care. I would like to share this with everyone.

Today the pharmacist was super nice and helped me set up my insurance so I wouldn't have to pay a thing! Super polite, super professional. Appreciate it.

I love this pharmacy, they really make you feel like family I wish there was a pharmacy like them here in the Sugar Land area where live. They are so very helpful and go above and beyond.
