Office lady is so rude. Don’t call to reschedule an appointment. She won’t let you make a new appointment after that. Every time I call now she tells me to call back and says with her smart mouth “you should’ve made your appointment that I already had on the schedule.” I guess she never experienced car issues before. It’s not like I no call no showed. I called in advance letting them know I couldn’t make it. I’ve been calling for days since to reschedule and it’s the same response every time. “Call back in 30 mins, you already had an appointment on the schedule you should’ve came to”. I called back in 30 mins just be told “call back in 30 minutes” over and over again.

The actual dentist is really nice and cool but scheduling is insane I got told to come in on a day they are closed! They claimed I missed the appointment too many times but I’m being told the wrong days that’s twice I showed up to an empty building scheduled! And I’m an overnight worker so go figure I missed the 7am call asleep! Besides the dentist himself this place is terrible

Went there today for the first time for a tooth extraction. Wonderful place and great staff personalities. Great parking. Easy entrance, very relaxing, I am letting several other people know so they can switch and go to this office. They all get 5 stars from us.

Best Dentist I have ever gone to and I'm 63. His whole staff is wonderful. He pulled a tooth for me and I didn't even feel it. Now my kids and I all drive over an hour to have him for our dentist.

So the new Dentist is nice but I had to have everything he did redone somewhere else. It's been a couple years since I was there. I didn't want to leave a bad review but after seeing everyone else's I think I should have left it. Why is finding a good dentist so hard? My fillings literally fell out.
