Joseph Tulagan MD FAAP

I love Dr. Tulagan more than words can express! My children (4 of them) absolutely adore him and love to visit his office even if they are getting shots! Best pediatrician I have ever experienced hands down. Couldn't recommend him enough! I wish I could take him with us when we relocate!

Best pediatrician ever.. Dr.Tulagan is thorough, informative, friendly, professional and overall a well of knowledge. My kids love him and so do I. Scheduling is a breeze and his bed side manner is excellent. The front desk staff is friendly, professional and lovely. Overall excellent all around.

Dr. Tulagan is a great doctor period. Not only because he takes his time to understand what is going on with my girls but also because he tries very hard to break down any barriers so that kids will feel comfortable coming to see him. Also and equally important is the doctor's Medical Assistant; Katie. She does an awesome job at making my girls feel welcome and is very gentle with them; so much so that they didn't even cry when she gave them vaccines. That was the highlight of my day.

My only recommended pediatrician is Dr. Tulagan. I have met other pediatricians for my 2yo son but he is the most concerned and most helpful Doctor by far. He always listens and answers all my questions patiently. Even if we are out of town and is in an emergency situation, we can easily consult with him stress free. Also, his clinic staffs are both very patient and helpful. We have been with Dr Tulagan for almost 3 years now.

Amazing pediatrician!!! I’m Navy and in my two years here in San Diego Dr. Tulagan has saved me countless ER trips. The one time i go to the ER instead of Dr. Tulagan i regretted it! His after hours phone and online messaging is such a life saver. He goes ABOVE & BEYOND for his patients and their families. It’s coming time for us to relocate again and i am so so so so sad & scared to leave Dr. Tulagan and his staff. They have taken care of us the past two years!!! I will literally stay in San Diego to have my kids continue to be seen by Dr. Tulagan.
