Dr Lynch is simply the best surgeon. He did an anatomical shoulder replacement surgery on me in January 2026. Dr Lynch is experienced, professional, extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and caring. The day before the surgery, he called to make sure I was doing OK and asked if I had any questions or concerns. The five days after my surgery Dr Lynch called me twice to see how I was doing and asked if had any concerns or questions. Besides being an excellent surgeon his bedside manner is excellent. He not only makes you feel like he cares about you he really does care. He expressed gratitude that I put my trust and confidence in him. My surgery was a great success and I am very happy I chose Dr Lynch as my surgeon.

After consulting with multiple doctors and discussing the surgery with other orthopedic surgeons ad well as Dr. Lynch I am very happy with my decision to have Dr. Lynch repair my rotator cuff and bicep. It has been a little more than a week and I am still very happy. The surgery went well, his staff is top-notch and very thorough. I will definitely recommend Dr. Lynch to others.

I sought a second opinion for the required shoulder surgery I needed, and Dr. Lynch provided a much less evasive option that could be done on an outpatient surgery schedule. I was scheduled promptly, received the nicest reassurance phone call from Dr Lynch the night before, awesome bed side confidence the day of surgery, and a very kind follow up call the following evening just to be sure I was doing ok. I cannot think of the right words to express my gratitude and appreciation for his efforts. My follow up appointment a week later was confident, and expectations are laid out for a full recovery.
