Joseph Lopez

The PA Joseph Lopez had me in tears while I was sitting there talking with him. He was rushing to leave for the end of his shift, never looked me in there eye, insulted me, interrupted me and did not care for me. Such a waste of a trip. He should not be practicing medicine. He made comments about my primary dr saying she must be "old" (she's only 40) and other very offensive comments. I left there in tears and will just wait to see my primary on Monday. You can tell he's a miserable human being in general but is still a physician assistant medically treating people and with zero professionalism, zero respect, and made so many condescending remarks. I'll never go back to patient first if he is working. Everyone else there was fantastic but Patient First in Downingtown needs to investigate J
