I am not the patient, but I accompanied my sister to her appointment yesterday to help with driving and translation if needed. Her appointment was scheduled for 1:50 pm. We drove 40 minutes and arrived about 15 minutes early. When checking in, the front desk staff informed us that the doctor was not in the office and that they were unsure whether he would be coming in at all. Despite having a confirmed appointment, we were told that the doctor “makes his own schedule” and that, since it was the day after a holiday, he might or might not come in. We were then given the option to wait until after 2:30 pm to see if the doctor would show up, or to reschedule the appointment. This was completely unacceptable. She’s such a sweet, well-spoken person, just like everyone else I encountered. I’ve never had any issues when coming to your office, everything was smooth sailing from start to finish. I’m honestly overjoyed with how the experience went. Colonoscopies aren’t something people get excited about. It definitely wasn’t circled on my calendar! Getting older isn’t always fun, but it’s part of life. Thank you again for making the process so easy and comfortable.

I sincerely thank Dr. Katta office for their professionalism, care, and attention throughout my visit. Everything was explained clearly, I felt completely at ease. I also want to thank the surgical center team for their kindness and for helping me stay calm before my procedure. Their patience and reassurance truly made a difference. They miss categorized the service and insurance said they need to change some codes, so I reached out and left voice mails in the office, sent emails, and a physical letter. No response from any of these and yet they continue to bill me. I wouldn't ever use their services again.
