I had a horrible experience with Dr Garganos associate and don’t remember his name. He started drilling immediately after giving me novacaine. After allowing time for it to kick in he was annoyed that I was reacting to the pain. I thought I was having a filling replaced and eventually he informs me I had a big cavity near the nerve. I was threatened that my tooth would have to be pulled if I didn’t get through the procedure. He had no bedside manner and neither did his assistant. Worst experience at the dentist in my 57 years. Time for a new dentist.

The best dentist I have ever been to. Courteous and considerate. Had my first cavity filled and was freaking out. Dr. Gargano made it painless and was done in under 30 minutes. Would recommend to anyone!

Dr Gargano has been my dentist for many years. He has always taken good care of my family and I and has made himself available for emergencies. His staff is great and I'm always in and out with very little waiting. I would recommend his office to anyone looking for a good dentist.

This is a wonderful facility. Clean, state of the art equipment, comfortable waiting area... and caring, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They helped me develop a cheaper solution to fixing a chipped tooth as I put myself through school. Nothing but good things to say!
