Always had positive experiences here both the assistant and dentist were very professional while also making a friendly relationship and conversation. I’ve always had to bring my 5 year old son along for my appointments and they’ve always treated him nicely, talked to him, provided him entertainment. When I changed my insurance they were helpful and knowledgeable. 10/10

Not a family friendly dentistry..So I had been seeing Dr Hughes for 8+ years, and I have referred multiple family members to him as well. Today, I've decided to cancel as a patient due to their ego and terrible service. They only operate 3 days a week (Mon-Wed) and take lunch for 2 hours in the middle of the day. If you call because of traffic or if you suffer from anxieties they refuse to accommodate. They have canceled both my father and stepmother as well as my wife as patients, due to them calling first to apologize and explain their running late. (First time mind you.) I find they don't have any grace or patience if they feel bothered, and they also allow animals to roam the halls which can not be sanitary. I cannot recommend this office due to the slow responses from their front staff and unclear office policies. An accident on the road prevented me from being on-time to my appointment, so I called early to inform that I was running behind and to check if they could still take me during my appointment slot. Unfortunately, they did not return my call to say that I would need to reschedule until twenty minutes later, when I was just pulling into the parking lot. I understand that late appointment times are out of their hands, and they do need to accommodate for other patients, but their lack of a prompt response caused me to waste time and miss valuable working hours. Candace the dental hygienist is amazing, however she is the only one.

I have been a patient for many years. The team at Dr. Hughes office has always been professional, friendly and caring. The personal attention and atmosphere of their smaller practice was a welcome change from the larger establishments in our area. I highly recommend them for your dental care.

I have been going to Dr. Hughes for about 9 years. I am very pleased with the staff and Dental Assistants in his office. Dr. Hughes is kind, patient, and communicates clearly with me. I always understand what is happening even though I cannot see it. He cares and gives me tips on what I can do to take care of my teeth! I will continue to go to him for my dental work and cleanings.
