Our appointment was at 1:00 pm. We arrived at the clinic on time. It is now 15:24 and we are still waiting. (They took my child to the examination room, no one has been coming and going for more than half an hour) They told me that the Greencard process takes a long time, but I had previously taken my two children to a different clinic and all the procedures were completed within 1 hour. Do not come to this clinic especially if you are coming for a green card medical report

Doctor, look for people who know how to do the receptionist job well, not just anyone. Every time I call, they always put me on hold and never come back to answer the phone. And all the reviews say the same thing. So, you should ask your employees why they don't answer the phone.

My son has been coming here since he was born! I love Dr Benigno and the nurses. Especially the old staff from years ago. My son is now 7 and sad to say I will have to be changing doctors because the receptionist are horrible. Never answer the phones or even put signs up for us to know they won’t open at regular time. Definitely would recommend to hire new staff. This is really disappointing.

My daughter’s antibiotics were not called in and she is very sick with a high fever. This is not okay.

His a Great dc my daughter has been with him since she was born now she’s 7 so is my son , but the receptionist have always sucked , leaving me on hold for 40+min and this is an on going situation :/ and on top of leaving me on hold for so long they still get attitudes if they are questioned. The only reason why I have stayed is because this doctor is the only one my daughter feel comfortable with if not I would of change doctos already , something needs to get done with the customer service of this doctor .
