My husband had a EPS procedure with his Pacemaker (for Tacacardia event). I called 2 days prior, as hadn't heard from hosp yet. His office said he would not be able to do it, and we can reschedule . I hung up, as forgot to reschedule (they could have done it then). I called next day and it was rescheduled for 3 weeks out. Husband went for bloodwork at hosp this Friday (as told to do) for the Monday procedure. Hosp said no procedure scheduled for that Monday, and insurance not contacted for bloodwork. I then called Dr Diaz's office again about Monday procedure and was told Dr had an emergency and could not do the procedure! Oh, and it was an emergency, she said. I was scheduled for a Heart Ablation on 9/12/24 w Dr. Diaz. I arrived early, fasting of course and followed all directions for surgery including having labs done the previous week. I was prepped for surgery by the nurses and even met with the Anesthesiologist. They were very professional and explained their portion of the surgery. I signed the appropriate paperwork & waited for my surgery. Except this guy never showed up! After several hours of waiting the director of the hospital & the Chief Medical Officer came into my room & explained they didn’t know where the doctor was and he wasn’t returning their calls and messages! Do not go to this doctor, i have been diagnosed for WPW by 4 different cardiologists and my primary care physician and was told i needed an ablation, i went to this guy to get one and he charged me 75$ copay did a 30 second EKG and told me i dont have WPW and his explanation is that it went away and i no longer have it...this guy is the worse heart doctor, i went to a different doctor and guess what i have it and they are scheduling an ablation...i saw the reviews and still gave him a shot thinking all these karens....we are not karens this guy sucks

My experience with Dr. Jorge Diaz was wonderful! He is a remarkable Doctor. I dreaded my surgery, but he and his very competent staff made it so much easier. His nurse, Gloria was, and still is, so very attentive to my every need. She called me before and after my surgery to inquire about my well being. Dr. Diaz couldn't be more professional! He truly cares about his patients, and I certainly saw personal proof of this. He is a wonderful, caring and very efficient doctor and surgeon. I will always be thankful to him for making my surgery so much easier to deal with. From my check-in to my release from the Central Florida Hospital in Sanford, Florida was a great experience. I've had several major surgeries, but never a better experience than I've had at the capable and trusted hands of Dr.

Probably the worst doctor I have ever seen. I had an ICD placed on 7/23. The doctor never once explained to me what he was going to put into me. I was told the rep was going to talk to me, that never happened. Had to talk to my regular cardiologist about what was going on. The actual surgery went fine, no complications. Come my three week follow up, the rep was there and interpreted the device. Got to ask her a few questions and got answers. When the doctor came in he literally gave me 30 seconds of time, if that. “ The device is working properly, your other cardiologist will follow it from now on.” That is what I got from him.
