Jordan Valley

I wouldn’t even give Jordan Valley a star if I didn’t have to. Jordan valley is currently the only business doing adult dental Medicaid around Springfield area and they make unethical decisions. They are ONLY accepting new patients IF they have a cancellation. So in order for me to get an appointment; I have to call everyday hoping they have a cancellation. The worst part is I can only do Fridays due to my husband working and no one able to watch our daughter so I can go to the appointment. I haven’t been able to get my teeth done in over a year now because of this policy. Something needs to be done. Medicaid adult dental needs to be available somewhere else or Jordan valley needs to change their policy.

If I could give less, I would. Med, Mental Health, and Dental are all horrible! Im writing this in tremendous pain after haveing 3 fillings done wrong. 4 months ago! I got in today, was told they didnt have time. They would send a pain script to Walgreens. They never sent it! Its 10pm and I cant stand the pain. This place is a joke!!!

I only give 1 star because the dental hygienist was very nice, but for the dentist I have nothing. I paid for dentures and assured they would fit. They do not fit I went back for 2 or 3 adjustments constantly complaining they were to big. The second dentist I seen decided I needed to have them recerfised and said if that didn't work then we would need to start over again. I got the recerfised denture back and they were still to big. They did nothing else for me told me they were fine and refused to help me anymore. It's been about a year and a half now and I'm still regretting going to that place.

Telling Jack Trulove he has arthritis and needs to just deal with it is NOT FIXING ANYTHING!!!he has broken disc a pinched nerve and you tell him it's just arthritis????? You sir do NOT DESERVE YOU MEDICAL LICENSE AND IM CALLING THE MEDICAL BOARD!!!
