Both Leah Crouse and her nurse, Nancy Miller are extraordinary professionals. On 7 Jan 2026, my Aunt had an appt and Nurse Miller exhibited a genuine concern towards my Aunt’s needs. In addition she has always been kind and meticulous. Upon leaving the facility my Aunt and I both fell. Leah Crouse when informed of what happened, immediately ran outside to assist. I am eternally grateful for her genuine concern towards both of us. There were also several staff members that reacted without hesitation to assist. I was blown away with the level of professionalism and dedication the staff of the Tampa clinic exuded. They are our heroes. Don’t think twice about selecting this clinic for your care, as you will NOT regret it.

Lengthy wait times but so worth it! I have anxiety about dental work. Sammy DDS did my extraction and he was amazing as well as his sweet lovely assistant. Thank you guys so much for patience, understanding, validation.

I've been here several times, and generally speaking it has been positive. The nurses and support staff are excellent and really listen to try and help. Highly recommend the community services; they help with Medicaid applications and renewals. It was great to be treated with kindness and respect.

I have been waiting for a prior authorization for my sleep meds for 2 weeks. I have been calling for 2 weeks and I keep being told they will call me to let me know what's happening. I have had the operator leave messages with the nurses for 2 weeks and no calls or message on my patient portal. I have left a voice mail with a supervisor and still no call back. I dont know if they're actually doing anything because no one at jordan valley will call me to tell me why after 2 weeks I still cant get insomnia medication. I just want someone here to care enough to let me know what's going on but they dont care enough to do what they say they will do.

So this place has been a blessing in my life. I am a Jesus Christ follower as anyone who reads my reviews knows. Everything belongs to God. He has used Jordan Valley Health on Tampa in my life. It is so convenient and friendly. I give all Glory and thanks to God for this place in my life. God bless the staff and patient in Jesus Christ name. Amen.
