Terrible customer service and patient care in addition to old run down offices that haven’t been improved in decades. Front desk staff person was verbally combative over an invoice that was sent after she’d confirmed that no additional payment was due at the time of the service. The experience was the most egregious and obnoxious as I’ve had with any provider in my life. The issue wasn’t that a $50 fee was due - it was that the opening statement upon entering the office was “you are in collections!” and when I asked for clarity, the communication was attacking and rude. The office staff interrupted saying “you’re not listening” “I repeat” and “I don’t know until I send you the bill so it’s not my fault I told you had no payment” and just kept cutting me off and then walked away. I like the dentist office, easy to make appointments. Close to work in Towson, so that makes it walkable. The staff are great, and friendly.

Just sent my hubby to Dr. Sehdev as a new patient with a horrible tooth infection. She has been my dentist for 2 years now. The staff is wonderful. They fit him in the same day and gave him several options for treatment. All with a payment plan. In today’s times that is so helpful. I highly recommend.

Absolutely abysmal costumer service, the front desk is extremely rude and condescending, and utterly useless at helping setup an appointments.

The staff and Dr were great! I would recommend this place.
