Joonho Song, DDS LLC

I had my first visit with Dr. Song today and I was very impressed with everyone I encountered. His receptionist Rita was very friendly and helpful, his assistant (whose name I unfortunately didn’t get) was very sweet and efficient, and Dr. Song was very thorough and took plenty of time to do my exam and explain his recommendations. I really don’t understand the negative reviews I see below because I had the exact opposite experience. I feel I’ve definitely found a great new dentist!

I came in today for my six-month cleaning and had the pleasure of being seen by Mandy, the dental hygienist. I’ve only had my teeth cleaned that thoroughly one other time in my life—and that was years ago. Mandy paid close attention to every detail and did a fantastic job. She also worked closely with Dr. Song to guide the recommended treatment plan for a couple of cavities. It was clear she knows her stuff and truly cares about patient care. Mandy is a real asset to Dr. Song and Family Dentistry in Monrovia. I highly recommend this office. Special shout out to Rita at the front desk. She’s also a gem and an asset to Dr. Song.

My school age daughter and I have been patients of Dr. Song office for 7 years. The quality of cleaning and treatment were consistently good. The personnel are very attentive to patients, it is easy to schedule appointments and Rita managing appointments is outstandingly friendly. No one is pushing for unnecessary procedures and the out of the pocket costs are very low.

Such a great dentist and wonderful staff. This practice makes me feel good about going to the dentist. Dr. Song handles my unrealistic anxiety by taking his time with me and talking me through the procedure. I am very happy he's my dentist.

Dr. Song is very good and takes his time. He is very patient with patients who are nervous about being there and ensures he does not cause any pain when he is working on your teeth. He is very calm and puts you at ease quickly. The staff is attentive and very helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Song for your entire family.
