They don't care about there patience. I came in week later I was down sick again. The nurse goes ur sick again. I sure don't like being sick and sure didn't ask for being sick... Then the doc said I didn't do something i was spose to. I DID EVERYTHING I WAS TOLD TO DO...

I have been attending this office since I was a teen. Now I have 3 children of my own, oldest being 7 and they have been their family doctors since before birth ❤ Each one of them have helped my family in all and any positive way possibly, always ending with a fantastic outcome. Rachel Stump was our go too until she relocated, she did a fabulous job and we miss her. Dr. Matt has been out provider since and I couldn't ask for a better doctor for my kids and I. The nurses and receptionist there are outstanding 👏

I am an RN. I am intricately familiar with healthcare. Every time I call I get put on hold and forgotten for at least 15 minutes. I have to hang up and call back. The walk in clinic only has one or two good providers. Had to sternly advocate for my son and tell one physician that he needs to listen to his patients instead of blowing off their concerns and their information they give for history and background regarding their concern that brings them in. Dr. Toner himself is very nice and attentive the ONE time I was seen by him directly and this and the one MA who usually sees my son are the only reasons this is a 2 star review instead of a 1 star. Every other time my son is assigned the NP who also disregards my concerns and says things are normal that aren’t normal at all. I know my son

Claim they'll send a link to access test results. They never did. I called 2 months later to ask for a link and got told a website over the phone that they won't send a link to just look it up. Essentially, they won't talk to you unless you are billed for an in person visit.

Matt Dillon is very nice and kind. He helped my 4 yr old lungs clear. 4 midnight trips to the hospital and 3 visits with him and shes all good. Thank you!
