Jonesboro Pediatrics

My daughter has been going to the McDonough location since she was born. She’s almost 5. It’s interesting to see the negative reviews. I know some of the staff members are not there anymore, based on the photos on their website. Some times you have to try places for yourself because one small thing can be taken out of context and the person blow up on social media. I’ve received nothing but great customer service here. The nurses go above and beyond. They are very patient and understands the environment they work in. I’ve been able to call and get my daughter seen the next day or within the same week, which is rare at other practices. We also get in and out. My daughter loves Dr. Moriles. She’s been talking to him since she started cooing.

The McDonough location has been our daughter’s primary care Dr. for years. I’m surprised to see so many negative reviews. We haven’t had any issues with the doctors or staff. There’s been times when our daughter was sick or had to leave school early and we were able to get in pretty quick. Yes, it can be a little wait at times but I think it’s really seasonal when there is a rise in kids getting sick. I would love for them to relocate to a newer building, but in all we’re satisfied with the service we receive.

Great office get your in and out in a timely manner. Nurse Tamika is very nice and also gentle

This place is awful. The doctor does not wear gloves, I’ve seen the nurse wear gloves maybe once, the front desk staff are absolutely useless, and it’s taken me too long and so many hoops to get my kids medical records transferred to a pediatrician office that knows what they’re doing. Take care of your babies and just don’t bother with this place it’s horrible.

I attempted to get my daughter to be accepted as a new patient. They told me they do not accept my plan. I asked for the cost w/o insurance the rep advised that was insurance fraud. Out of net work coverage is not insurance fraud. The staff here needs to be educated.
