Jones County Health Department

The Staff were like Family Members and it was truly a breath of fresh air to go and visit with them. It didn't take long at all and they were all just as adorable and sweet and still kept their professionalism the entire time. Any of their future patients, please don't be afraid of telling them the truth about your lifestyle, etc. They care enough not to judge you but maybe advice you. You won't be judged and shunned or treated in any way, less than family

No one should have at sit on hold for an hour at 10am

The receptionist (light skinned, short hair) has a horrible attitude. Being respectful and speaking with respect to patients is critical when working in a public place of business.

Very unorganized...I took my parents, had to have an appt, but still we waited 2 + hours.... no port-a-potties available for older people, really?

courteous people are very clean atmosphere
