My experience with this dental office is nothing short of a warning to others. Between August and mid-September 2025, I endured six excruciating weeks of agony, infection, and facial swelling following a failed root canal. Despite six separate visits, missed work, and a full course of antibiotics, I was repeatedly assured the tooth could be saved—each visit leaving me in worse condition—until an oral surgeon finally confirmed that extraction was the only option. Even more troubling, I later learned that the tooth’s prognosis was “questionable”—a fact that was disclosed to me after the root canal procedure. My initial request to consider extraction was dismissed, replaced by false reassurances that prolonged my suffering. This lack of honesty was not just unprofessional—it was unethical. I
