Excellent dentist, but awful office staff!!! The clerical staff is rude, condescending, and utterly incompetent. The inept and inefficient actions of the office staff make this place hard to even frequent as a patient.

The Spanish lady with the gray curly hair is very rude and sneaky. Claimed she couldn’t check if I’ve already gotten an Xray. Soon as the person did the xray she came back saying “you’ll be charged because you’ve already had one” I stated you told me before you couldn’t check and I was unsure when I had my last xray. The OTHER front desk ladies agreed with me that that wasn’t fair and didn’t make any sense so the other ladies told me to have a great day while she was still insisting that I refused to show her when I got my last Xray and I didn’t refuse anything I literally didn’t know. Therefore an xray or $98 shouldn’t have been taken if their system wasn’t showing on their end. All of this is going on the doctor is walking by doing nothing hearing all of this.

Have been going to Dr Lamwatt for 30 years and truly is the best of the best. Have had cleanings, fillings, and crowns and have always been incredibly satisfied with the results and professionalism of his whole staff

Felt like a cash grab. A $5 fee to even be seen? Not a co pay, but an “inflation fee” is something I’ve never seen. Friendly staff, but I had work done that was unsatisfactory and later needed fixed. Friendly people, not the best work, in my experience.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Lamwatt for nearly four years and have always appreciated his excellent care and the professionalism of the hygienists. However, a recent experience with the office manager left me deeply disappointed. When my insurance company declined a claim due to incomplete documentation, they kindly explained what was needed to resolve it. When I approached the office staff for help, I was met with a rude tone and dismissive comments from the office manager about how my insurance company was “ridiculous” and that they had “30+ years of experience” in submitting claims. Despite this, the claim remained unresolved.
