I would have been a new patient. Called for an appointment he answered the phone and gave me a time. I ended up not being able to make it. I called back 3 times to reschedule got answering machine. The 3rd time he answered and when I told him I needed a morning appointment he said "I'm not here in the morning." His website states he is open 24/7. I don't drive so I have to go when I can get a ride. I'm in a lot of pain with two toothaches. I have to look for another dentist now. Very unprofessional.

Great experience with Dr.Jacob. Not only did he make himself available for an emergency visit for my wife but he also was very affordable. On top of that, he seemed very genuine and was easy to talk to. If you're looking for a dentist, stop searching because you found him.

Dr. Jacob made an upper bridge and a lower bridge for me, and they gave me absolutely no pain or discomfort, and needed no adjusting. Also, he convinced my insurance company to allow coverage that they had originally denied. Dr. Jacob is a wonderful dentist!

I am about to report him to the Dental association. Because of his rudeness and being so unprofessional I do not recommend this dental place. He over charges people and makes racial comment. I will not no rude unprofessional dentist treat me and my family any type of way. I would give him a 0 if I could.

Never got back to my wife about her follow up appt. I called he said he would call back by end of last week and never did. I called his Riverside location this week the number is disconnected and then I called his Philly location and got no answer. I think he is out of business.... Terrible he couldn't even follow up and be honest with us.... If I could give 0 Stars I would but you have to post at least one star to post a review.
