It took 3 tries different times different days to get someone to answer the phone to make an appointment. Once I got to talk to someone on a Friday, I was told I would receive a call on Monday it is now Friday again, and there is no call back, no text , no email. I tried from Monday thru. FRIDAY to speak to someone, and there was no answer.
