Johnston Family Dentistry

My wife got her annual cleaning here and she has insurance that covers an annual cleaning. We got a bill for $90 and they're saying that that's the 20% the insurance doesn't cover. At 52 I've never in my life had a dentist want $90 as 20% of an annual cleaning. This doesn't make any sense to me I'm not sure what the thought process is. An annual cleaning should be less than $200 at the most. And why do they try to charge you for x-rays every 6 months that is completely unreasonable. No adult needs X-rays every 6 months.

Today was my first time there. From the phone call I made to set up the appointment to check in to the hygienist to Dr. Fraser to checkout, everyone was great! So friendly & patient with me when I didn't understand something or they had to repeat it. I highly recommend them!

Kristy and Dr. Fraser were incredibly kind and patient with my two kids, who were very nervous to go to the dentist. They made us feel at ease and explained everything. If you are looking for friendly, family-centered care, I highly recommend this office.

The staff and all the people that work there even the Dentist was excellent and outstanding. Great job. The service was so good I could give them 100 stars
