Johnson Pharmacy

I switched to Johnsons Pharmacy because the other drug store doesn't cover Medicare any longer. And that's important in a small town like Bowdon , What else can you do, CVS Pharmacy has very rude personnel. Don't like being insulted. So Johnsons, my go-to place for my meds. I've only come across one problem. They couldn't get my eye drops in. Took 4 days waiting, but other than that, they are very friendly and helpful.

Everyone always goes above and beyond for my family and I. They are all always smiling and so helpful. I switched to them several years ago. Best decision ever!

I had needed a few copies and faxes made, so before going to the pharmacy I called and inquired about the pricing. Was asked to out on hold... no problem. The problem occured when the next lady, got on the phone and said," What's your name?" Why does that matter I asked for copies and faxes, I told her my name politely and then she replies Do you fill here? Again why does this matter?, If I did we would be on first name basis. Very rude, like if I filled there was the only way to use their other services they provide

I called with "what was an emergency to me". And the lady was so kind and immediately started working on getting my medicine transferred from cvs. Instead of a 3-4 day wait through cvs I got my medicine in a few hours.

Didn’t find what I needed but staff seemed nice!
