Took 1 1/2 hours just for the eye exam. Ridiculous. that's with an advanced appointment. Go somewhere else. And buy your glasses from zenni 112 dollars vs 449 with insurance. ITS LIKE THE DMV HERE.

This office goes above and beyond with their care. I have been going for yrs now and usually see Dr Frye. Helena and Justin will be the ones who greet you with a smile and warmth. Dr Frye is highly intelligent in everything. Not just eyes. lol. He is so very thorough. I will continue to come see this office It’s the best

I drive from Wildersville, TN to get my annual eye exams here. Great staff, very easy to get an appointment! I see Dr. Frye, he’s very thorough & explains things to you as well. I was able to schedule my appointment online. The paperwork was easy to fill out. I got my eye exam & ordered my glasses all in the same day. If you live out of town, they can ship your glasses to any store near you or to your home address! I hate getting my eyes dilated, I was able to get a detailed scanned image of my eyes instead! Looking forward to coming back next year!!

My exam experience was so great! The pre-exam person I got was so nice and made me feel so comfortable and my doctor was really nice as well! It felt like such an easy, seamless process and didn’t really feel like I was even in a doctor’s office. The atmosphere and vibe was really great!

Another great experience at an eye appointment. The staff was friendly and helpful. I felt relaxed the whole time & their equipment is advanced. They don't try to push new glasses on you if your prescription hasn't changed much, but give you a choice instead. They also explain everything along the way, from insurance options, cost of the exam(s), and the various tests. It's a wonderful place to go for your eye care needs.
