I had a nurse come into the room yelling and threatened to have me thrown out and all I did was complained about the poor patient care. They are so short staffed it is sad for the nurses who actually care. I also asked or the toilet seat to be fixed as it was loose and no one came to fix it the next day my family member who was a patient there fell and hit his back because of that simple fix Case management is a joke, most of the nurses are fed up with Ballad Health and the other ones can be found hiding out somewhere not doing their jobs. I also wanted to add they did not have the food to supply my family members special diet. He is getting the same thing again, diced carrots and diced pears and ground chicken. They never offered any other options and we were just told they were out o

Went to ED with very fast heart rate of 182. Was taken back within 5 minutes for evaluation. Then taken to a bed to begin treatment. ER nurse was wonderful and explained well everything that was being administered. Was admitted to 2400 and could not ask for better treatment and care from all the staff. Thanks to each person who took such excellent care of me. May God bless each of you.

The wait-time was incredibly short and the doctor and staff were amazing. My dog, who is a pet-therapy dog at JCMC, was invited to come with me and she thoroughly enjoyed meeting patients and the staff.

Amazing experience, still reeling from it. Just Had my appendix out and it was more than I expected. They are so organized from the moment I walked into registration to the moment I checked out. Everybody that works there provided top notch care, compassion and comfort every step of the way. I hope not to need to come back anytime soon but so glad to know I live so close to a state of the art medical center. Food was good too.

I’ve always been a true blue HVCH supporter. Swore I would never use JCMC. I can tell you now that the staff at JCMC treated me with kindness and compassion from the time I entered the Emergency Room until the time I checked out. The nurses, technicians, and Doctors were excellent and made me feel confident I was at the right place and in good hands.
