John's Compounding Pharmacy

I've been getting my dog's medication at John's Pharmacy for almost a year now. The doctor's office had recently called in the refill authorization for my dog but had accidentally called in a wrong strength that was a lot stronger than the regular prescription. Luckily, the pharmacist and the technician at John's were able to caught that mistake so I didn't overdose my dog. Thank you so much for being attentive to detail! Keep up the awesome work!

So after 2 years I decided to give Johns pharmacy another chance. To my utmost disappointment they disappointed me even more if that’s even possible. I called them 10 days before I needed my prescription just to make sure they had all the correct information. I contacted them several times in those 10 days and yet today with one pill left I was told they still did not fill my prescription. I switched back to my prior pharmacy and my prescription was filled within 3 hours. I don’t know how this pharmacy can even stay in business. They are a disgrace to the pharmaceutical industry. Stay away !!!

My grand daughter was severely sun burnt today, we visited Johns pharmacy for help and got so much more than we expected! My grand daughter is visiting on spring break and goes home tomorrow, but they contacted her doctor for medication to help with the pain, they provided us with a new cosmetic stem cell lotion for burns. They were fabulous, I highly recommend them!

I have been a HUGE supporter of small private drug stores, however, I am VERY disappointed in the direction this pharmacy is going. First they decided to close BOTH Saturdays and Sundays which is very inconvenient. Then, when they were "taken over" by a new owner, I thought I give them a shot and they are worse than ever! They keep a VERY MINIMAL inventory and so when you need a Rx filled, you can be GUARANTEED that they will NOT have it in stock. They NEVER call you back when they are supposed to. Sorry guys, but I am DONE. Will have to joint the "chain pharmacy gang". At least I will get my Rx in a timely manner.

Johns pharmacy is the best. I run out of my medication. And couldn't make it to the pharmacy before it closed. I get really sick without my medication. One night without it would be really rough for me. And they deliver it for me that very same night thank you so much.
