Johnny's Hometown Pharmacy

I called Johnny’s Hometown Pharmacy this morning as I was preparing to move to Roland, OK. I explained my complex health history—I'm a person with disabilities, including autism, auditory processing disorder, and a history of craniotomy due to Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS). I was told how to transfer my prescriptions, followed the instructions carefully, and was led to believe I would be helped. However, after relocating to Roland which I will be moving , I was abruptly told they are not accepting new patients. This should have been communicated during the first call. I was not offered a referral or even basic guidance on where to go for continuation of care. Great service! I called with a question about a prescription, while they didn't have what I needed they recommended a different pharmacy that might. I had called several other pharmacies and no one else offered that kind of helpful service.
