Just got to visit once with my daughter. My grandson is hard of hearing. We went to Friday Family School. The staff is so helpful. They are engaging with the children AND adults. They teach the whole family so we can best help our children and grand children. The facility is clean & beautiful, too.

Absolutely loved our experience here! The staff and facility is amazing. Everything is super organized and clean especially during COVID. We had an appointment at 2 and were attended pretty quickly. The audiologist who evaluated my daughter was super nice and patient. She was really nervous but she made her feel at ease and was really patient.

Let me first say THEY HAVE FREE PARKING second staff is very FRIENDLY and I was explained about what tests they were going to be performing before and during the examination.My daughter was kept comfortable and entertained during each test. She was given stickers at the end of the visit. Definitely recommend this office.

Staff is amazing. Audiologist was great with explaining everything and what the tests help determine. She was so sweet to my 11 week old boy. The drive is worth it.

My son had to go here to see an audiologist. I was on time and, VERY SURPRISINGLY, there was no wait whatsoever. They were just on top of everything. It didn't feel like a cold clinic but instead was warm and welcoming. Every single employee who worked there and passed by us greeted us with a smile and called the children sweet names. It was a calm, helpful atmosphere. I was referred here by my amazing pediatrician, Dr. Alicia (& Joseph) Cuento because it was clear that my son wasn't hearing the way he should. The pediatrician's office tried two years in a row with three tests and they couldn't get my son to take it.
