I moved to the SJ and found Dr. Kellogg through Google! Dr. Kellogg was very on time. He’s very knowledgeable and the office was very very efficient and fast when it came to receiving my allergy shots from across the country. The office is clean and staff are nice! You have to wear a mask which makes people like me feel safe in case someone starts coughing. Over all 5/5!

Dr. Kellogg is absent minded and poorly managed by his staff. First visit I waited 90m to be seen. Staff was apologetic and made it clear they were doing everything they could to keep Dr. Kellogg focused but it seems to be a very difficult task. Second visit I arrived and they were backed up without any free rooms available. An hour passed and I heard a staff member remind Dr. Kellogg in his office he had outstanding patients, much to his surprise. I then asked how much longer, they could not provide an estimated wait time, and suggested I reschedule for another day. I left instead and will find another provider who values my time. The 2 stars is because Dr. Kellogg did take his time with me during my first visit and appeared knowledgeable, but the obscene wait times don’t offset good bed

Had my first visit with Dr. Kellogg today and he is great! Spent two hours at the clinic because I had the initial consultation and they did the skin test to check the things I'm allergic to. I didn't grow up in the US and never had the allergy test as extensive as this so it was new to me. Dr. Kellogg was very attentive and explained in great details about the questions I have. Things that could be improved: - Receptionist could be friendlier :) - Patient intake process. I came right before my appointment and there was a paperwork I needed to complete that took about 15 minutes. They could have let me know ahead of time to come earlier to finish the paperwork. - One of the nurses was a trainee I think. I was fine with that, but they could have given me heads up and mentioned that they we
