John R. McVey, PA

I have been left very unimpressed with Doctor John McVey and his staff. I have made several attempts to contact and have generally gotten the impression that Dr. McVey does not care about my health or getting to the root cause. I was diagnosed with a UTI that is uncommon and was prescribed antibiotic and after that didn’t work I was prescribed another antibiotic that made my symptoms even worse. The people who I have spoken on the phone with have generally been unhelpful and made me feel burdensome for advocating for my health (except Jessica). Unless you have a “serious” problem in his books, he most likely won’t give you the time of day. I appreciate that he may be busy, but this is my health and it’s very important to me. Very much appreciated his support and the support of his staff! I'm glad he was willing to help and try something different. It was a struggle physically and emotionally but we succeeded! I'm more comfortable than I was before his help

Dr.McVey and staff are wonderful. A+, There is no longer a urologist is Brigham city, Utah and its taken me quite a while to find someone to continue with me & my treatments after my previous Dr. Ryan Larson retired. Thank the powers that be that brought me to Dr. McVey's office. The Dr. And his staff gave me the "5 star" treatment that I've been in search of. From front desk, nursing assistant, and in general the entire office and staff are as solid, professional, compassionate, knowledgeable & friendly as any I've ever encountered. I can't say enough about my experience and satisfaction from my visit. I've finally found my new Urologist. And with the confidence and comfort that they have. Nicole and amber were super nice, knowledgeable, and professional! They made me feel really comfortable and were reassuring and patient. John McVey was a little impatient, but hopefully he will be a little friendlier next time. But he was very knowledgeable and thorough and that was great! I will use their services again.

My husband was very happy to have the catheter removed. John MCVey always takes time to address concerns. The female who does the procedures is very good and capable.
