John Malloy

Booked an appointment. Showed up 15 minutes early and got all paperwork done. Sat in the over crowded, hot, waiting room for an hour and 15 minutes past my appointment time. No updates. But they made sure to take my co-pay the second I got there. Ended up leaving. I’ll be going somewhere else. Disgraceful.

I’ve had a very frustrating experience trying to schedule an appointment with this office. I called three different times on three separate days with no answer. When I finally got through, the person I spoke with had a poor signal because they were at an event, which made the call difficult. After explaining why I was referred to this doctor, I was first told that the doctor doesn’t treat my issue. Then I was told someone would call me back to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, this experience does not give me confidence in their communication or patient care.

My mother referred me to dr.molly due to knee issues I was having. From the 1st visit to now. I can honestly say. He cares about his patient. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Malloy is the best spine surgeon in South Florida in my opinion. I have had 6 spine surgeries over 13 years (all in different parts of my spine) and they had all been successful. I recommend him to anyone who has spine issues. Dr Malloy’s staff also is very personable and very helpful. The wait can be a bit long but he’s worth the wait!

I was sent a referral to Dr. Malloy , first RED FLAG can’t even get through the office to make an appointment. I have been calling this office since they opened and have yet to get through to anyone to make an appointment. Goes to voicemail majority of the times! Seems like they turn on and off their phone lines when they want! Finally got past the voicemail system option after multiple attempts, however I was in queue for 45 mins wait time so I just gave up!!! That wait time to make an appointment is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS !!!!! I could only imagine the wait times in the office, this SURGEON DR. MALLOY CLEARLY DOES NOT CARE being that this the norm! I tried very hard to be patient but this is absolutely unacceptable! You need to re consider your ENTIRE staff DR.MALLOY !!! I decided to ask
