John J. Mazur, MD, FCCP

I was surprised to read the negative reviews. I am Canadian and travel over 300 miles to see Dr. Mazur. His clinic team and himself have always been very accommodating of my travel time, my schedule and are never rude answering my questions. Dr. Mazur himself was kind, compassionate and very responsive to my treatment plan. I came here after being on Canada's famous wait list for cancer services. I am still waiting for Canada to call while Dr. Mazur was able to complete my screening and give me peace of mind. Additionally my lung function has improved significantly under his care. He's genuinely one of the nicest Dr's I've met (Im also a nurse of 25 years, I've met a lot of them!) He does have a no nonsense approach and is direct in his words but I appreciate that kind of honesty and care

I live outside of Belt MT has per DR.Mazur I went in to clinic for blood work ( 3rd time). Weather extreme cold, I have copd and ms I'm in a wheelchair. When we got in the nurse came out , they had no orders from him and since it was Monday he wasn't. Had hard time brearthing when I could of stayed home. This was his 3 time not ordering I⁷

I was referred to Dr Mazur after seeing another pulmonologist and deciding the first Dr wasn’t for me. Dr Mazur squeezed me into his schedule and spent over an hour going over my CT scans and explaining what needed to be done as far as my treatment went. He’s a wonderful Dr and I wouldn’t hesitate to see him again.

My husband had an appointment on June 5th 2025, their office has put off my husband's appointment for months only ti find out this morning that his appointment has been canceled by Dr. Mazur because he has to have a procedure, well if he needed that procedure bad, my husband could have been told this months ago, but they don't care about people, we live in Cut Bank Montana and great falls is 125 miles away friday us, and we live on a fixed income I would have thought a dr.'s office that is that big, would be able to actually stick to what they say, but this morning we found out what this Dr. Cares about and it sure isnt his patients, maybe he should take the rest of the year off, I'm sure that would serve all of his patients well, because God knows he needs it, after this procedure, that

If I could rate him less than 1 star I would. Rudest Dr I have ever met. Wasted my time, billed an astronomical amount for nothing. Asked me if I was college educated and belittled me. I have lung cancer, asthma and COPD and he said I didn't. Wouldn't take my dog to him.
