Dr. HOWARD IS SUCH A PLEASANT PERSON. VERY FRIENDLY, PUTS YOU AT EASE. VERY CARING, HAS GREAT "Chair side manner". All the staff are very nice. I highly recommend Dr Howard and the staff in the Amherst office.
