Wonderful dentistry practice. Always professional and polite. Never pushy to sell more products or procedures. Dr. Knight is very pleasant. No music this time. Disappoint. 5 out of seven stars for a perfect score. I will return.

My mom has dementia and I’ve been bringing her here for a number of years. Sometimes she gets a bit nervous, and the whole staff are always very kind and patient with her. Today she needed multiple things done and the staff all went above and beyond to coordinate so we could be in and out as quickly as possible. Much appreciated!

If I could give this review a 0, I would. They are extremely unorganized. I’ve been told various stories about why my appointment was cancelled and then NO ONE followed up. It has been approximately 7-8 (if not more) weeks I have been trying to get ahold of Dr Knight for my treatment plan. I would arrive to pick up my trays and they would tell me I had to stay and be seen. Since this time wasn’t coordinated or told to me previously, I had to go back to work. I would then do a reschedule for pick ups and it would be the same. Now, after WEEKS of silence, they issue me a refund for over payment, then tell me I owe an additional 1k before they’ll see me again. After being told I had a 5 year warranty on my invisalign’s by the tech that worked closely with me, they’re all of a sudden clueless.

It was my first visit. The office was professional and friendly. My hygienist was kind and gentle. She walked me through what she was doing and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Knight was friendly and introduced himself as Jay to me and made me feel welcomed. I was worried after a few years of skipping visits I had major issues and they did a through up and assured me I was in good shape. I left feeling great and ready to come back in 6 months.

There is one positive—I will say their office staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Went here for years. Loved my initial hygienist, but after she left I should've gone too. The next hygienist complained about dental school expecting her to take exams and she was so relieved that she no longer had to worry about performing like that. Most recently, they gave me a new dentist. He spotted 6 cavities on my xrays, but I had experienced NO discomfort at all and they appeared without warning in 6 months. I had no dietary or medical changes and was flossing and brushing daily. He drilled and filled them in July and in November they are so temperature and pressure sensitive that salad is too cold to eat and tortilla chips are out of the question. I did go back to give them a chance to fix
