I had been to this office and seen Dr Rupp in the past. I also used to take my mom to see him. I developed a red spot on my face a while back I didn’t think too much of it other than the fact that it hasn’t gone away. Someone told me that it looked like a carcinoma and. I should see about it. I called this morning to make an appointment and they informed me that since it had been so long since I’ve been there that I was a new patient and they weren’t accepting new patients. She said we could revisit it at a later time. Yeah right, when I’m dead? Excuse me for being lucky enough to not need to visit Dr Rupp in the last few years. I love this office and the service they provide. Very friendly and right on time for appointments. Very quick to get you in and out so you can get back to your day. I trust Dr Rupp 100% with what he tells me and he is reassuring. Thank you!

WOW! Just WOW! When was the last time you walked into a doctor's office and the receptionists greeted you with a warm friendly smile and asked if they could help? Great staff and an amazing doctor. Dr. Rupp is engaged, really knows what he is doing and he is warm and kind! No, I'm not his Mom, but would love to be! Great experience. Highly recommend.

Got a freckle you aren't so sure about? Dr Rupp and his staff have seen the lot and are very accommodating with taking on challenges quickly, efficiently, and effectively. Customer service has been very polite and easy to work with, getting ahold of them was a breeze. I left a quick message with a few questions and was contacted back within an hour. Nice office space with a comfortable clean waiting room. I felt very satisfied with my experience.

Dr. Rupp and his staff are truly wonderful!! The staff greeted me warmly and I especially appreciated the short time it took to be seen. Talking to Dr. Rupp was a breeze! I left his office feeling more at ease considering I was nervous about expressive my skin concerns. He was very easy to talk to and took my concerns seriously.
